Dear Members,

Re: ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

Pursuant to the company's announcement regarding the completion of the merger with Kratos, we announce the following:

1. The record date for the merger completing is March 4, 2026.
2. On March 5, 2026, TASE's Clearing House will credit its members with the proceeds from the merger, to enable their transfer to the accounts of the respective clients to whom the ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES shares are registered.

Upon crediting the Clearing House members with the aforementioned proceeds, the Clearing House will deduct the number of shares for which payment was credited from the balances held by the relevant members.

1. Following the deduction from the members accounts at TASE's Clearing House, ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES shares (ISIN No. IL0002650179) will be delisted from TASE on March 6, 2026.
2. Starting today, March 4, 2026, trading in the company's shares has halted.
