TASE Indices – Orbit shares Deletion

Following the company's announcement of merger completion, shares of Orbit (ISIN: IL0002650179) will be deleted from all Indices the share is included in, at the end of the trading session, March 5th, 2026.

Orbit deletion price will be $13.725 - based on Bank of Israel official Dollar-Shekel exchange rate on March 5th, 2026.

Please also note that on March 5th, 2026, Indices closing prices, which Orbit is included in will be published late.
