Transparency Declaration

Brussels, 28 May 2021 – Orange Belgium hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the related Royal Decree of 14 February 2008:

On 28 May 2021, Orange Belgium received a transparency declaration from Polygon Global Partners LLP, stating that, as of 24 May 2021, Polygon Global Partners LLP holds 1,349,933 shares and 1,866,000 swaps for a total of 3,215,933 voting rights, representing 5.36 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

An increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Orange Belgium and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):

• 1. 3 % statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;
• 1. 5 % or each multiple of 5 %, as set out by the Belgian law.
