Offer Information

Eligible shareholders may apply for shortfall shares at the same time they apply for pro-rata offer shares. Shortfall shares can also be applied for separately. The close off date for shortfall share applications will remain open after the close off date (currently 14[th] December 2012) for pro-rata offer shares.

The Company can also confirm that all application money received for both shortfall shares and offer shares will be held in trust with Boardroom Limited until such time as they are allotted.
