Oldfields Holdings Limited (ASX: OLH) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Oldfields Holdings Limited (‘OLH’) will be halted at the request of OLH, pending the release of an announcement by OLH.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 24 February 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Oldfields Holdings Limited ( Company ) requests that its securities be placed in trading halt with immediate effect.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

• (a) The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raise.

• (b) The Company requests that the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the release of an announcement regarding the capital raise, or the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 24 February 2026 .

• (c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

• (d) There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
