Pursuant to section 608(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Jie Ma has a relevant interest in the securities held by the registered holder EQM Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 635 693 668) as trustee for the EQM Holdings Unit Trust, which holds 85,530,329 ordinary shares in Oldfields Holdings Ltd (ABN 92 000 307 988) (being a 51% shareholding).

This relevant interest arises as Jie Ma as trustee for the Ma Family Trust holds 50% of the units in the EQM Holdings Unit Trust. Jie Ma is also the appointor and a beneficiary of the Ma Family Trust.
