Resignation of Director – 23 March 2010

The Company would like to notify shareholders of the omittance of an Appendix 3Z from the Announcement dated 26 March, 2010 announcing the resignation of Mr Michael Stafford from the board.

The Company has sufficient arrangements in place to meet the requirements of Listing Rule 3.19A. At the time of the announcement the company was in the process of handing over between Company Secretary's and the Appendix was inadvertently omitted.
