Oldfields (OLH) Rights Issue Completion

Oldfields announces the completion of the company’s rights issue. Oldfields received valid applications for 26,132,593 shares. The issue was undersubscribed by 29,911,012 shares, the shortfall offer is currently open and the company is working with investors to participate in the shortfall offer. This shortfall offer will close on Friday, January 11[th] , 2013.

The company is currently in discussions with its lenders with the aim of executing a satisfactory agreement on recapitalisation. These discussions are well advanced.
