Sale of Shares in Subsidiary

Oldfields Holdings Limited wishes to announce the sale of 5% of its shares in its Subsidiary, Adelaide Scaffold Solutions Pty Limited.

The sale of shares was completed with the deposit of $174,100.00 by Sibley Investments Pty Limited.

Oldfields Access Pty Ltd retains 65% of the subsidiary business moving forward.
