Rights Issue Update

A total of 2,363,514 Shares (including 100,000 shares notified to ASX in our Appendix 3B lodged today) have been allotted under the Company’s recent Rights Issue, despatched to Shareholders and are available for normal trading as at 16[th] November 2009.

The company wishes to confirm that the remaining “shortfall” shares pertaining to the Pro-Rata Rights Issue is currently 5,219,400 shares.

We also wish to confirm that our initial Appendix 3B, under the ASX listing rules relating to this Issue, was lodged on the 6[th] October 2009.
