Appointment of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Resignation of Director and Company Secretary

Oldfields Holdings Limited (OLH) is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr Alan Lee as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary effective from 11 June 2019.

Alan comes to Oldfields with an extensive background in both public and private companies, most recently as the CFO of Oliver’s Real Food Limited, as well as in private equity and earlier on in roles within the Accounting profession. Alan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a graduate diploma in Applied Finance as well as holding CPA designation in both Australia and Hong Kong.

Oldfields also wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Greg Park as a CFO, Company Secretary and as Director. Greg has played a vital role over the last 5 years and has a great depth of knowledge in our business and while he has resigned from the above roles it is the boards intention to retain Greg for specific project work on a consulting basis.

I would like to welcome Alan and also thank Greg and am looking forward to working with both gentlemen as we continue to re build Oldfields.
