ASX ANNOUNCEMENT- RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY/ CFO

I wish to advise that Robert Coleman has resigned from Oldfields Holdings Limited effective immediately. The board wishes to thank Robert for his contribution to the business over the past 4 years. A search will now be undertaken for a replacement. During this recruitment and selection process, Mr Chris Giles, nonexecutive Director and former CEO, has agreed to take over the CFO/Company Secretarial responsibilities on a full time basis until a replacement is appointed, this is expected to take around 2-3 months. Chris is a CPA qualified accountant with many years of financial control experience.
