Appointment of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary/Resignation of Director and Company Secretary
Oldfields Holdings Limited (OLH) is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr Greg Park as CFO/Company Secretary effective from 28 April 2014.
Greg comes to Oldfields Holdings Limited with many years of experience in both public and private companies. His latest role has been with Burson Automotive, prior to this he held roles as Chief Financial Officer of Snack Brands Australia and Darrell Lea. Greg holds a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Oldfields also wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Chris Giles as Company Secretary and Director effective from 30 April 2014. I would like to thank Chris for his help in ensuring a smooth transition from his role as CEO to myself, and agreeing to manage the finance function over the past 3 months.
