AGM Oldfields Holdings Limited 24 November 2014

We refer to our AGM Document and Proxy form lodged with the ASX Friday 24 October 2014. Oldfields Holdings Limited (OLH) would like to advise that under both our Constitution and ASX Listing rule 14.4, Tony Joseph Grima as Managing Director is not required to resign and offer himself for re-election as a Director.

As such, Resolution 2 “Re-election of Tony Joseph Grima as a Director” has now been withdrawn.
