ASX Announcement – Resignation of Director

Oldfields Holdings announces the resignation of Christopher Hext, non-executive director and former Chairman.

Chris joined Oldfields in July 2001 as an executive director and company secretary. He resigned as an executive in December 2005, remaining on the board as a non-executive director. In November 2010 he was appointed as Chairman of the board and held that position until March 2011. Following his retirement Chris is planning to spend more time with his family and enjoy a well earned rest.

Chris has played a major role in reshaping Oldfields, and the directors and staff wish to express our thanks for his valuable contribution to the company and our good wishes for his future.
