Mr Michael Stafford has resigned as a director of the board effective 23 March 2010. Mr Stafford was appointed to fill a casual vacancy to ensure the Company's board had the requisite number of 3 directors as required by the Corporations Act. With the subsequent appointment of Mr Lewis Timms, there is no pressing need for Mr Stafford to remain a director of the Company.

The Company will announce an alternative, suitably qualified director in the field of expertise the position requires as soon as we can.
