(Trondheim, 15 September 2022) OKEA ASA (OSE: OKEA): BCPR Pte. Ltd (a closely

related party to Mike Fischer, board member in OKEA and Chaiwat Kovavisarach,

chairman of the board of directors in OKEA), has today sold a total of 53,000

shares at an average price of NOK 40.95 pr share. Following the sale, BCPR Pte.

Ltd holds 47,224,563 shares in OKEA.
