Odfjell SE - Annual General Meeting held/Generalforsamling avholdt

The Annual General Meeting of Odfjell SE was held 4 May 2010 at 4 pm. All items

according to the agenda dated 9 March 2010 were approved.

The Annual General Meeting elected Laurence W. Odfjell as new Chairman of the

Board as replacement of Bernt Daniel Odfjell, who had earlier announced his

resignation as Chaiman of the Board. Mrs. Marianna A. Moschou and Mr. Ilias A.

Iliopoulos resigned as Board members following ChemLog Holdings Ltd sale of

their A-shares in March 2010. Bernt Daniel Odfjell and Christine Rødseter were

elected as new Board members.

Odfjell SE would like to thank Mrs. Marianna A. Moschou and Mr. Ilias A.

Iliopoulos for the excellent work they have done on the Board since 2003 and

2008 respectively.

Generalforsamling i Odfjell SE ble avholdt 4 Mai 2010 kl. 1600. Alle saker til

behandling i henhold til agenda datert 9. Mars 2010 ble vedtatt.

Generalforsamlingen valgte Laurence W. Odfjell som ny styreformann etter Bernt

Daniel Odfjell, som har tidligere annonsert sin avgang som styreformann.

Marianna A. Moschou og Ilias A. Iliopoulos gikk av som styremedlemmer som

følge av at ChemLog Holdings Ltd solgte sine A-aksjer i March 2010. Bernt Daniel

Odfjell and Christine Rødseter ble valgt inn som nye styremedlemmer.

Odjell SE takker Marianna A. Moschou and Ilias A. Iliopoulos for deres svært

gode arbeid som styremedlem siden 2003 og 2008 respektivt.
