Ocean Sun AS (OSUN) has been informed by Ingulstad Holding AS, a company controlled by Mr. Arnt Emil Ingulstad (the "Seller"), which was the holder of approximately 5.7% of the shares of OSUN, that the Seller on 28 March 2022 sold 1,500,000 shares at NOK 13.50 per share. The shares were sold as a block sale to a third-party financial investor. The Seller was approached, through a broker, by a tier-1 European financial institutional investor seeking an equity stake in OSUN. The Seller has entered into a 6-month lock-up undertaking with Fearnley Securities AS, being the broker of the block sale, for its remaining shareholding of 1,060,500 shares. The Seller is not a primary insider in OSUN and this notice is for information only.
