Oslo, Norway, 11 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Ocean Sun AS (the "Company" or "Ocean Sun") earlier today, 11 June 2026, regarding the successful completion of a share offering of 40,000,000 new shares in the Company raising gross proceeds of NOK 20,000,000 million (the "Offering").
