NZX Employee Share Plan - Team and Results
NZX advises that it has redeemed 263,466 NZX employee redeemable shares ( Restricted Shares ) pursuant to the terms of the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results (the Plan ).
The total number of NZX Restricted Shares on issue is now 2,018,493.
The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue will not change as a result of the redemption. The number of NZX ordinary shares on issue remains at 268,315,689.
