Mandatory notification of intra group transfer of shares by primary insider’s related party

Elar Consulting AS has today sold 500,000 shares in Vaccibody AS to Elar Holding AS at NOK 67.5 per share. Following the transaction, Elar Consulting AS holds no shares and Elar Holding AS holds 500,000 shares in Vaccibody AS.

Elar Consulting AS is 50% owned by Lars Lund-Roland, member of the board of Vaccibody AS. Elar Holding AS is 100% owned by Elar Consulting AS.
