Cipriano AS has on October 13, 2021 sold 1,625,000 shares in Vaccibody AS to WEP AS (to be named Cipriano Invest AS) at NOK 68.70 per share. Cipriano AS is 100% owned by Einar J. Greve, member of the board of Vaccibody AS. WEP AS is 100% owned by Cipriano AS.
