Mandatory notification of intra group transfer of shares by primary insider’s related party

Primary insider Christian Åbyholm, member of the board of Vaccibody AS, represents Andenaesgruppen (including Kvantia AS and Christiania Skibs AS). In order to streamline the ownership of Andenaesgruppen’s shares in Vaccibody, Kvantia AS has today sold 10,866,325 Vaccibody shares to Victoria India Fund AS at NOK 64 per share. Furthermore, Christiania Skibs AS has today sold 6,304,250 Vaccibody shares to Victoria India Fund AS at NOK 64 per share. Victoria India Fund AS is part of Andenaesgruppen and is 100% owned by Kvantia AS. After the transaction Christian Åbyholm (board member) through Caaby AS holds 1,995,895 Vaccibody shares and 100,000 warrants and Andenaesgruppen (through Victoria India Funds AS) represented by Christian Åbyholm owns 17,170,575 Vaccibody shares and in addition Norda ASA represented by Christian Åbyholm owns 7,996,755 Vaccibody shares.
