Oslo, Norway, December 20, 2021 - Datum AS, a company 100 % owned by Jan Haudemann-Andersen, board member and primary insider at Nykode Therapeutics AS, has on December 20, 2021 purchased 332,000 shares in Nykode Therapeutics AS ("the Company") at an average share price of NOK 77.70 per share.

Following the above transaction, Jan Haudemann Andersen and the Datum Group holds 40,689,050 shares (including 12,060,250 shares through Datum AS) in the Company.
