Altra Fastigheter issues subsequent senior unsecured green bonds of MSEK 100

Altra Fastigheter AB ("Altra" or the "Company") has today successfully issued subsequent senior unsecured green bonds of MSEK 100 (the "Subsequent Green Bonds") within an existing framework of MSEK 750 (ISIN: SE0025166382). Following the issuance of the Subsequent Green Bonds, a total nominal amount of MSEK 650 will be outstanding under the framework.

The Subsequent Green Bonds have a remaining tenor of approximately 2.4 years and were placed at a price of 100.50% of the nominal amount corresponding to a coupon of STIBOR 3m plus 203 basis points to maturity.

An amount corresponding to the net proceeds from the Subsequent Green Bonds will be used in accordance with the Company's established framework for green financing. Altra intends to apply for admission to trading of the Subsequent Green Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list.

Nordea Bank Abp acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the issue of the Subsequent Green Bonds. Advokatfirman Cederquist KB acted as legal advisor.
