Reference is made to the announcement of closing of

the acquisition of Svensk Järnvägsteknik AB on 2

June 2015. The share capital increase related to

issuance of consideration shares has been registered

in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

and the company's share capital is now NOK

22,635,985 divided into 22,635,985 shares, each with

nominal value NOK 1.
