Group ASA, to a design and build contract for an electrical substation of

the electricity network in Hämeenlinna, Finland.

The contract is valued at approximately EUR 4.4 million, and the work will

commence in June 2026 and is scheduled for completion in December 2027.

contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
