CAPITAL REDUCTION

CAPITAL REDUCTION

Reference is made to the extraordinary general

meeting of Blom ASA on 29 November 2013, which

resolved to reduce the company's share capital to NOK

10,070,649 through a reduction of the nominal value

of the company's shares from NOK 5 to NOK 1.

The capital reduction has now been registered with

the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and

the company's share capital is now NOK 10,070,649

divided into 10,070,649 shares, each with a nominal

value of NOK 1. The reduction amount has been

transferred to distributable funds, and no

distribution will take place in connection with the

capital reduction.
