Grant of share options to primary insiders in NRC Group ASA

On 15 March 2021, the following primary insiders in NRC Group ASA were granted

share options:

Henning Olsen, CEO, has been granted 20,000 share options. Following the grant,

Henning Olsen holds 30,000 share options and 92,773 shares in NRC Group ASA.

Dag Fladby, CFO, has been granted 15,000 share options. Following the grant, Dag

Fladby holds 97,500 share options and 70,659 shares in NRC Group ASA.

Harri Lukkarinen, EVP and MD NRC Finland, has been granted 42,000 share options.

Following the grant, Harri Lukkarinen holds 49,500 share options and 10,429

shares in NRC Group ASA.

Robert Röder, EVP and MD NRC Sweden, has been granted 15,000 share

options.Following the grant, Robert Röder holds 18,125 share options and 30,000

shares in NRC Group ASA.

Lene Engebretsen, Head of Communications, has been granted 6,000 share options.

Following the grant, Lene Engebretsen holds 6,000 share options and 9,259 shares

in NRC Group ASA.

The share options have a strike price of NOK 27.87 and can be vested over a

period of three years, with 1/3 of the aggregate number each year. All options

expire after 36 months.
