NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a major frame contract in Finland - EUR 200 million

Finnish Transportation Infrastructure Agency (FTIA) has appointed NRC Group

Finland, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a frame contract for

procurement, logistics and warehousing of railway specific materials in Finland.

The procurement, logistics and warehousing are operated by NRC Group Finland

today. This contract secures continuation for this business for another five

years. The contract has an estimated revenue of approximately EUR 200 million

over the next five years. The value of the contract will not be included in the

orderbook.

The work will commence in January 2022 and is scheduled for completion in

December 2026. The contract has an additional 2+2 year option period valued at

approximately EUR 160 million.

predictability and to continue to further developing our material operation",

Closing date for submission of complaints is 14 days from today, and formal

contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
