NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a contract in Finland - EUR 10 million

Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency (FTIA) has appointed NRC Group Finland,

a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a two-option year contract for track

and signalling equipment maintenance of maintenance area 4, Rauma -

(Pieksämäki).

The original agreement was from 1 December 2017 to 31 November 2022, and

included a four-year option term.

FTIA has decided to exercise the two-year contract option for the period from 1

December 2022 to 31 November 2024. The contract option is valued at

approximately EUR 10 million.
