NRC GROUP ASA - APPOINTED TO A MAJOR CONTRACT IN NORWAY - NOK 202 MILLION

Bane Nor has appointed NRC Rail AS, a company wholly owned by NRC

Group ASA, to a contract for changing 45 kilometers of the catenary

system on the connection between Moi and Egersund (Sørlandsbanen).

The contract is valued at approximately NOK 202 million and is the

largest rail contract awarded to NRC Rail AS to date.

The work will commence in March 2017, and the project is scheduled

for completion in December 2018.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and

formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the

earliest.
