NRC GROUP ASA - APPOINTED TO A CONTRACT IN SWEDEN - SEK 86 MILLION

The Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) has appointed

Segermo AB, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract

of track renewal on the railway connection between Karlstad C and

Karlstad Östra in Sweden.

The contract is valued at SEK 86 million, and will involve rail

services such as groundwork, track, electro and signal/telecom. The

work will commence in August 2017, and the project is scheduled for

completion in October 2018.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and

formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the

earliest.
