NRC GROUP ASA - APPOINTED TO A CONTRACT IN NORWAY

Jernbaneverket has appointed NRC Rail Norge AS, a

company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract

relating to the ongoing railway renewal on

Bergensbanen.

The contract includes preparatory ballast cleaning on

the connection between Hønefoss and Gulsvik, and

involves rail services such as groundwork, track,

electro and signal. The contract is valued at

approximately NOK 40 million.

The work will commence in April 2016, and the project

is scheduled for completion in April 2018.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days

from 18 March, and formal contractual signing can take

place after this period at the earliest.
