VR-Yhtymä Oyj has today, on 3 October 2024, been allocated 5,000,000 shares in

NRC Group ASA ("The Company") following the private placement as previously

announced by the Company. Following the allocation, VR-Yhtymä Oyj will hold

11,99 % of the outstanding shares and votes in the Company.
