LGA Holding AS has acquired 500,000 shares in NRC Group ASA at a price of NOK

52.50. LGA Holding AS is wholly owned by Lars Gunnar Andersen, Director in NRC

Norge AS. Following the acquisition, LGA Holding AS holds 1,133,193 shares in

NRC Group ASA.

Dag Fladby, CFO of NRC Group ASA, has acquired 10,000 shares in NRC Group ASA at

price of NOK 52.50. Following the acquisition, Dag Fladby holds 20,581 shares

and 17,448 share options in NRC Group.
