On 8 November 2017, Skar Förvaltning AB has sold 600,000 shares in NRC Group

ASA at a price of NOK 60 per share. Skar Invest AB is wholly owned by Daniel

Pettersson, who is the MD of NRC Sweden.

Following the sale, Skar Förvaltning AB owns 540,869 shares in NRC Group

ASA, representing approximately 1.28% of the outstanding shares and votes in

the company.

Skar Förvaltning AB has agreed to a 12 month lock-up period of the remaining

shares in NRC Group ASA.
