On 10 November 2017, G9 Invest AS has acquired 10,000 shares in NRC Group ASA at

a price of NOK 59.53 per share. G9 Invest AS is wholly owned by Geir Nilsen, who

is the MD of NRC Norway.

Following the transaction, Geir Nilsen directly or indirectly owns 111,539

shares in NRC Group ASA.
