Disclosure of shareholding

As a consequence of the contemplated share issue in

connection with the acquisition of Team Bane, the

following indirect shareholders of Team Bane will receive

a shareholding in Blom ASA which is subject to the

disclosure requirements of the Norwegian Securities

Trading Act following completion of the transaction:

Charlotte Holding AS will own 2,647,610 shares in Blom

ASA, expected to represent approx. 13.41% of the total

number of shares and votes in the company following the

transaction

Sogn Invest AS will own 1,694,466 shares in Blom ASA,

expected to represent approx. 8.58% of the total number of

shares and votes in the company following the transaction.

Granshagen Invest AS will own 1,531,007 shares in Blom

ASA, expected to represent approx. 7.75% of the total

number of shares and votes in the company following the

transaction.
