Mandatory notification of trade and disclosure in Blom ASA

On 22 April 2015, Urbex Invest AS sold 1,100,000 shares in

Blom ASA at a price of NOK 9.50 per share.

Kristian G. Lundkvist, who is a member of the board of

directors of Blom ASA, is (indirectly) the majority

shareholder of Urbex Invest AS, through the companies

Middelborg AS and Merckx AS.

1,000,000 of the shares were sold to Cosimo AS, a company

owned by Trygve Bruland, who is chairman of the board of

directors of Blom ASA. 100,000 of the shares were sold to

Raknes Holding AS, a company owned by Jonatan Raknes, who

is a key employee in Middelborg AS.

Following these trades, Urbex AS owns 6,356,517 shares in

Blom ASA, representing approximately 63.12 % of the total

shares and votes in the company.

Following completion of the contemplated share issue in

connection with the acquisition of Team Bane, Urbex Invest

AS' stake of the shares and votes in the Blom ASA is

expected to decrease to approximately 32.19%.

In connection with the sale of shares to Raknes Holding

AS, Urbex Invest AS has granted Raknes Holding AS an

option to purchase up to 126,000 shares in Blom ASA at a

price of NOK 9.50 per share.

to 4-4 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
