As a consequence of the contemplated share issue in

connection with the acquisition of Svensk

Järnvägsteknik AB, the following shareholders of

Svensk Järnvägsteknik AB will receive a shareholding

in Blom ASA which is subject to the disclosure

requirements of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act

following completion of the transaction:

Progema AB will own 1,156,456 shares in Blom ASA,

expected to represent approx. 5.11% of the total

number of shares and votes in the company following

the transaction

JSDN Holding AB will own 1,156,456 shares in Blom

ASA, expected to represent approx. 5.11% of the

total number of shares and votes in the company

following the transaction
