Skönvall Invest AB purchased 150,000 shares in NRC

Group ASA, and accordingly crossed over the 5%

threshold.

Joel Skönvall Invest AB hereafter owns a total of

1,343,782 shares in NRC Group ASA, or 5.22% of the

registered share capital.
