Subscription of primary insiders in the repair issue

As of today Urbex Invest AS has subscribed for 49

331 shares in the repair offering in NRC Group ASA.

In addition Urbex Invest AS has acquired 15 980

shares in NRC Group ASA at NOK 27 per share.

Kristian G. Lundkvist, who is chairman of the board

of directors of NRC Group ASA, is (indirectly) the

majority shareholder of Urbex Invest AS, through the

companies Middelborg AS and Merckx AS.

Given full allocation, Urbex Invest AS will own 5

571 828 shares in NRC Group ASA, representing

approximately 21% of the votes in the company after

completion of the repair issue.
