Segermo Holding Aktiebolag has today, as consideration

for its sale of the shares in Segermo Entreprenad

Aktiebolag to NRC Group ASA, received 2,480,250 shares

in NRC Group ASA, equal to approximately 7.52% of the

current issued share capital of NRC Group ASA.

This notification is made with reference to Sections 4-

3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
