On 27 December 2010, Luxor Capital Group, LP

("Luxor"), on behalf of funds managed by Luxor, sold

641,832 shares of Blom ASA ("Blom"). Following the

sale, funds managed by Luxor held 8,195,514 shares,

or 19.65% of the outstanding shares of Blom.
