Notification of large shareholdings - Blom ASA

On 22 December 2010, Luxor Capital Partners, LP sold

630,434 shares of Blom ASA ("Blom"). Following the

sale, Luxor Capital Partners, LP held 1,807,195

shares, or 4.33% of the outstanding shares of Blom

calculated on the basis of the registered share

capital of Blom at the time of the sale. In addition,

another fund managed by Luxor Capital Group, LP sold

8,566 shares of Blom. Thereby funds managed by Luxor

Capital Group, LP held 10,002,709 shares, or 23.99%

of the outstanding shares of Blom following the sales.
