Notification of large shareholdings

On 1 April 2010, Luxor Capital Partners Offshore

Master Fund, LP ("the Offshore Master Fund"), a fund

managed by Luxor Capital Group, LP ("Luxor"),

transferred 1,320,222 shares of Blom ASA ("Blom") to

another account managed by Luxor. Following the

transfer, the Offshore Master Fund held 7,077,096

shares, or 16.97% of the registered share capital of

Blom. The transaction did not result in any change

to the total number of shares managed by Luxor.
