Notification of large shareholdings

In connection with the restructuring of Luxor Capital

Partners Offshore, Ltd., all the interests in Blom

ASA ("Blom") previously held by that fund are now

held by a newly formed subsidiary, Luxor Capital

Partners Offshore Master Fund, LP (the "Master

Fund"). This transaction did not result in any

reduction in the shares beneficially owned by Luxor

Capital Group, LP, which acts as investment manager

to a number of investment funds holding shares of

Blom, including the Master Fund. The Master Fund

holds 8,400,535 shares or 20.14% of the outstanding

shares of Blom.
