NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a major civil framework agreement in Sweden - SEK 650 million

E.ON Energidistribution AB has appointed NRC Group Sverige AB, a company wholly

owned by NRC Group ASA, to a framework agreement to deliver energy

infrastructure in the southern part of Sweden.

The agreement will take effect from June 2025 and continue until January 2031.

The minimum call-offs during the period are approximately SEK 650 million.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and

formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
